I am a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered art therapist. I work with adults, children, and young people. I specialise in working with neurodivergent children and young people and late-identified neurodivergent women. I provide individual and group art therapy privately, in schools and care settings.

You don’t need to be good at art. We can talk, use creative tools, or a mix of both.

I offer:

Art Therapy

 A gentle, non-judgemental space to explore thoughts and feelings, with or without art-making. Art therapy can help you:

Because I’ve been there

I’m an HCPC-registered art therapist and qualified ADHD coach, and I’m also neurodivergent. I’ve spent many years navigating a world that wasn’t designed for the way my brain works, and I know how exhausting and confusing that can feel.

Before training as a therapist and coach, I worked in communications, where I learned how to make complex things clearer and easier to understand. In many ways, art therapy and coaching feel like an extension of that work, helping untangle the noise so you can focus on what matters to you.

I created The Unfolding as a gentle, supportive space for people like us: creative, sensitive, often overwhelmed, but never broken.

What is ADHD and neurodivergent coaching?

Neurodivergent and ADHD coaching is a supportive, practical way to understand how your brain works and find ways to make everyday life feel easier. It isn’t therapy or counselling. Instead of focusing on the past, coaching looks at where you are now and what you want to change or improve.

Together, we look at what’s getting in the way and what might help, whether that’s focus, time, motivation, organisation, or emotional energy. We try out ideas and strategies that suit you, rather than forcing one-size-fits-all solutions.

In art therapy, the focus isn’t on the artwork itself, but on what the process brings up. Creating can sometimes help things feel clearer, support emotional expression, or bring a sense of calm and grounding. At other times, it’s simply a space to be curious, playful, or reflective.

Sessions are always person-centred, which means we go at your pace. You choose how you work and which materials you use, or whether you prefer to talk instead. My role is to support and guide you, not to judge or analyse your artwork, and to help you make sense of your experience in a way that feels safe and empowering.
